There are several references to the old URL still found in best-practices-badge-intro.ppt.
The historic ones are probably okay, but might want to update some of them, just like the logo was updated.
In particular, check pages 8, 17, 21, 50
For example, page 21 has src="https://bestpractices.coreinfrastructure. org/projects/PROJECT_NUMBER/badge"
