Add ansibleci script to PyPi package

There's a new ansibleci script implemented with issue #45.

It's properly working if you checkout the git repository or download a release manually from github. Though, the PyPi setup script is currently only configured for the ansibleci Python module, so we need to make sure the new ansibleci script is added to the PyPi package.

The script should be installed to /usr/local/bin/ansibleci, because I already updated the docs in commit c67c039.
