Is the proposed change to a specific (function) docstring?

stimupy.utils

Describe the change

Currently, stimupy.utils does not have an all attribute. However, I think it would be useful 1. for consistency reasons with the other stimupy modules and 2. to get an overview of the existing modules and functions more easily as a user.
