From the Welcome Screen

  1. Scroll until you find the document that you would like to open.

  2. Tap it.

Using the Open Dialog

  1. Open the sidebar.

  2. Tap on the "Open document" item.

  3. In the dialog that appears, scroll until you find the desired document.

  4. Tap it.
