Need a QR wtih some specific specifications

Hello,

I need some help, I'm kinda new with QR, I have to create the QR codes and they must match this specification:

a) Error Correction Code (ECC): ‘M’;
b) Type: Byte;
c) Points per module (Size): 2;
d) Version: V=9 (minimum value);
e) Image dimensions: minimum 30x30 mm;
f) Margin: 0,25 cm.

           QRCodeGenerator qrGenerator = new QRCodeGenerator();
            QRCodeData qrCodeData = qrGenerator.CreateQrCode("B:NUMBERS*TEXT*XXXX", QRCodeGenerator.ECCLevel.M);
            QRCode qrCode = new QRCode(qrCodeData);
            Bitmap qrCodeImage = qrCode.GetGraphic(9);
            qrCodeImage.Save("asd.bmp");

But I have no clue if I am following the requirements at least to my eyes it looks okay but I think I'm still missing something.

If possible @codebude can you give me some help with the code to match the requirements?
