Step to Reproduce

  1. Access the Step 1 of 'Inregistreaza un caz nou' form
  2. Navigate to the address section
  3. Fill in all four inputs related to the legal address details
  4. Select the 'Domiciliul legal al beneficiarului este și domiciliul efectiv' checkbox
  5. Change the 'Județ domiciliu legal' input

Expected Result

  1. The 'Oraș/UAT domiciliu legal' and 'Oraș/UAT domiciliu efectiv' inputs should reset to their default state

Actual Result

  1. The 'Oraș/UAT domiciliu efectiv' input does not reset, causing invalid county-city relationships
