It has been reported that the JS library does not support making requests via form data. Need to run tests and enhance JS lib.

Prerequisites

I have searched for similar issues in both open and closed tickets and cannot find a duplicate.
I have attempted to find the simplest possible steps to reproduce the issue.
I have included a failing test as a pull request (Optional)
I have installed the requirements to run this library.
