In cnf-testsuite, there are multiple ways for process of installation and deletion of CNFs, in methods/documentations/tasks they often differ between cnf_setup/cnf_cleanup and cnf install/cnf uninstall. It needs to be brought to one common naming to avoid confusion for new users and make tasks more understandable without digging through documentation.

"setup" task is responsible for installation of all dependencies and needed tools for functionality of testsuite and the task name doesn't represent that clearly. Some other name should be selected for that process.
