It would be good to be able to put the CITC effectively on ice for some cost savings. Obviously it saves a lot of cost by only running the mgmt node, but if you know you don't want to run that for a number of days as well, is it possible to freeze the storage and spin it up again later for less cost than keeping the mgmt instance alive.
