It is useful for testing and study purposes to maintain the states of all Delta and IR files over the history of the repository.

Modify the existing extraction flow to accept a unique filepath
Maintain the output of all delta files in a folder /output/delta
Maintain the output of all IR files in a folder /output/IR
Delta and IR output files should contain git commit in filename for identification (shortened version for now)
