Navigation error when clicking on subjects in the left menu

OS: Windows 10
Navigator: Firefox Quantum 64.0.2 (64 bits)

When accessing the "Tutorial and Cookbook section" here, if I click on the "Basic Web Developpement", it is hidden
by the top banner and it is also not selected on the left menu ( you can see on the screenshot that the class "activ" is never put on the right "li".

To recapitulate, all those section share this behavior:
"Essential"

• "Getting Started"
• "Atom for Clojure Developper"
• "Eclipse for Clojure Developper"
  "The Clojure Ecosystem"
• "Clojure Library Directory"
• "Documentation tools"
  "Tutoral and Cookbook"
• "Basic WebDeveloppement"
• "Mathematics"

In addition to that, if you click on sections:
"Tutorial and Cookbook"

• "Date and Time"
• "Middleware"
  "License"

It shows the "Tells us what you think" section

Below is a screenshot of what I see when I click on the "Basic Web Developpement" section, with developper tools open.

After more tries, it seems to be the case when sub sections are too short, like one line long. It is shadowed by the banner completely and it mess up the navigation.

I'm am resurrecting this site at https://clojure-doc.github.io so feel free to recreate this issue at https://github.com/clojure-doc/clojure-doc.github.io/issues or submit a PR https://github.com/clojure-doc/clojure-doc.github.io/pulls (the styling/formatting on that new version is just the basic Cryogen blue theme right now so this specific issue doesn't exist but lots of other cosmetic issues do!).
