When I edit app/index.jade and save, I have to reload the page to see the changes.

it's because of static-jade-brunch

@Nami-Doc I don't get it. Do you have any clue how to fix it?

Well, at that time I didn't get any auto-reload with static jade files (.static.jade back then) but the problem hasn't occured to me since i switched to .jade files
