How do i get the api ssl working? how to generate the valid cert please.

You can go to your hosting provider to get your ssl.
First you need to generate your CSR and Key on your server, then open CSR file and copy the content, paste to your hosting provider. In return you will get 2 CRT(Certificate) files that you upload to your hosting.
