[Feature Request] More notifications

It would be nice to get more notifications, unless I'm missing something. Things like "Hey I grabbed this game" or general errors, would be nice to see as well.

Even if a problem is run into, and the order form cannot be completed for a non captcha related issue, it would be nice to know. Since in those situations you could still go through and grab them manually.

I think Apprise ( https://github.com/caronc/apprise ) would be a good. I fancy the API ( https://github.com/caronc/apprise-api ) rather than a full version of Apprise. But adding this would give access to over 70 notification services.

I would love to see notifications for instances where I already own or have claimed a game previously. Today, for example, I already have Mutant Year Zero from a previous free game promo, but I didn't get any notifications at the time of my scheduled cron job so I thought something was broken or had failed. I think just sending out a notification at the time of the scheduled cron job letting you know what happened would be super useful.
