为什么你认为需要此功能

加了很多bot/营销号，每天固定时间都会被各种重复的广告刷屏，想定向屏蔽广告说说

联系到哪些已经存在的 bug 或者功能

具体功能需要 / Detailed features requirements

输入关键词，若说说内容包含关键词内容则不在动态瀑布流中显示（也可以考虑使用正则表达式进行匹配）
