BAT tests README missing

The CIAO Development Environment doc makes use of and refers to the BAT tests README (see "Running the BAT tests"), but the file was removed on 25 Sep 2017. Here's the last known version.

A while back, we moved most of our documentation onto the ciao-project website, including the documentation for the BAT tests. It looks like we didn't update all of the links. The current location for the BAT documentation is here https://ciao-project.github.io/bat.html.

Ah, thank you! I missed that, appreciated. Shall I leave this open until the Dev doc is updated?

I take it the other files (ciao-cert/README.md, et. al) are the non-user-focused ones and thus aren't necessary, which is fine.
