So the performace of the skeleton is a bit weird.
First if you give a skeleton a modded bow in his main-hand, let's say the elite power bow. He will pose like aiming but just stand there doing nothing, neither shooting or meleeing. Then if you move the bow to his off-hand, he will start to shoot normally. By the way, {LeftHanded:0/1b} NBT does not affect this mainhand's invalidity and offhand's validity.
Then, quit and re-enter the world, he will only rush and do melee, no matter in which hand the bow is.
Expected Behavior
Shoot normally like using vanilla bow
