Add doc strings to scripts in Example folder #27

I think the following details are helpful for each of the scripts in the Example folder:

what system is simulated
what potential is used
which MCMC move(s) are used / details about the propagation of the chain or perturbation
what is the motivation/makes this a useful example/should be checked after the example has finished
