Android things weather station for my home.

- Documentation (DIY instructions)
- Clean-up and init procedure for Android things (Wi-Fi setup with WorkManager, e.g.)
- Replace RxJava with ktx-coroutines (also use it for Sensor data)
- Replace Gson with moshi
