Multiple membership pages present

There are three different links related to membership. The first is the one linked to via the menu, but some users are getting to the other ones, which can be confusing:

1. https://chihacknight.org/membership/application
2. https://chihacknight.org/membership/apply
3. https://chihacknight.org/membership/

Suggest removing Links 2 and 3 above and/or redirecting them to Link 1.

It looks like link 3 has the outline for what membership is from the perspective of the initial transition, but the answers were never added to the questions. I think redirecting 2 and 3 to 1 makes sense for now. It might be nice to create a properly filled membership page like 3 at some point.
