有不少的一类群体。需要快速体验、快速部署、快速配置、规模小、又懂技术
每个群体用到的推送平台是不一样的
特别是海外的项目，我们不能全面覆盖，建议做成独立的微服务，可以由搭建者自己用自己的业务API或RPC去自己实现推送
