Currently we need to run MapleStory.MachineLearningSampleGenerator\bin\$(Configuration)\net5.0-windows\WzComparerR2.exe first to generate Setting.config after building MapleStoryDetectionSampleGenerator.sln.

This is a big pitfall and should be improved.
