Both lists are shown when opening cerebro under the search bar.

Favorites: Horizontal list with app/file icons that when clicked can open the app/file. Order can be changed by drag and drop.
Recent: Same as above, but order cannot be changed. Sorted by recently opened app/file first.

This would make it even faster (1 click) to open apps/files that are used often.
