No warning message is received when the user clicks on <go back> link at Attach supporting evidence page

Summary

At the "Attach supporting evidence" page and after upload a file (without enter any description), the user clicks on link, no warning message is displayed

The warning is displayed only if the user enters the description for the uploaded file

Steps to reproduce

1. Submit the report
2. At Attach supporting evidence page, click "add file" to upload the a file
3. Click on link
