We're better off putting language asking the user to move to a modern browser.

@stephaniemgauthier can the business team please provide language for this message (EN and FR). Something like "Internet Explorer is not supported, please use another browser to access this site." Should we suggest browsers such as Google, Edge, Firefox?

I like Justin's recommended wording. I was thinking if we can have a pop-up box that would alert the user of the message below (Egnlish and French). If not, then I suggest adding the message over the Rport Online (see attached image).

Internet Explorer is not supported, please use another browser to access this site, such as Google, Edge or Firefox.

Le navigateur Internet Explorer n'est pas supporté, veuillez utiliser un autre navigateur pour accéder à ce site, tel que Google, Edge ou Firefox.

I like it too

Instead of inserting text into the page I think we should display a different page altogether. This page would contain only the message.

If we insert the text in the landing page the user would still see the broken page. This might not instill the most confidence in the service. Also, if the page is viewed on a mobile phone this new text might become overlapped by other elements.

I like Justin's idea. When the user tries to open our report with IE, instead of landing page will be displayed, the page with message will be displayed. In this way, there is only one page with warning message to be displayed and we don't want them to see any error on landing page with IE
