Right now we use an open source postal code lookup database that is at least 2 years old

We should look into using the Canada Post data from Canada Post that the RCMP already sources for it's other applications.

Step 1 will be to determine the owner within IM/IT and reach out for permission to use it.

Will wait for SCED on this unless something comes up to make this higher priority. There is an enterprise service we may be able to use, once the connection is there.
