Infer Network from LFP

1. Make sure you are in a python environment with nest installed (i.e. conda env:nest_env).
2. Run through get_data.ipynb to obtain LFP signal from the underlying spiking network.
3. Network can be stimulated using the arguments of the run_stimulation function.
