While testing out ccao-data/actions#33, I noticed that I had forgotten to clean up the Terraform configs that are local to this repo when I factored Batch logic out to the
ccao-data/actionsrepo in #59. Now that theccao-data/actionsrepo controls the Terraform config for thebuild-and-run-modelworkflow, there's no need to have a config in this repo anymore. This PR implements that missing cleanup step.
