Add unit test values for all metrics based on known good IAAO values

Once #24 is merged, we should add a pytest fixture containing known good values for each of the main metrics (COD, PRD, PRB, MKI, KI). I expect that the IAAO probably has examples of such values in their standards online, along with sample data.
