このライブラリ特有の問題っぽい( I am left aligned の2段目はnode-canvasでそのまま描画したもの)

node-canvas v2.9.3 でも同様

context.scale context.setTransform がうまく動いてくれておらず、解決もしていない状態の模様

2.11.0でも同様のレンダリングになってしまう
