Bundestag Protocol Texts

Sorry if this is a stupid question or the wrong repository/thread, I'd happy to ask this elsewhere.

It was great to see that much activity in the bundestag repos recently - I was wondering:

Are the actual texts of the Bundestag speeches available in any of the bundestag repos?

I couldn't find those in the existing packages, so I wrote some simple scraper some time ago to get the speeches and reactions (like who's applauding) from those xml files like this one.

I'm not sure it makes sense to contribute that, mostly because I wouldn't want to duplicate existing work (and I'm a bit fuzzy on how complicated the integration would be).

But I'd be really grateful for pointers!
