Unreadable Hebrew course names

When using this with course names in Hebrew or Arabic, or other non English course names...
You will probably get something like:
/course/%D7%A2%D7%91%D7%A8%D7%99%D7%AA/lesson/6-how-to-do-matrix-multiplication
(which is: "/course/עברית/lesson/6-how-to-do-matrix-multiplication")

How about the ability to choose the course IDNUMBER or other metadata,
that can enable us to display a URL without hexadecimal codes.

This was a prototype that we have never shipped to production and I haven't touched it in forever. I don't even know if it still works at all.

If you are using it I'd love to know about it. Pull requests are welcome and I'd happily add you as a maintainer

I am considering to use it, but not yet tested on the public internet.
I will let you know how it goes, if we eventually be brave enough to disturb the peace of our users
