Cannot update Brackets

Description

I decided to update Brackets yesterday but I got this error message:
"Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel."

But the uninstall utility didn't exists so I tried manually removing it but it still doesn't install.

Any help?

I'm using 2.1.2 before attempting to upgrade.

Steps to Reproduce

1. Have brackets without the uninstall utility
2. Try installing brackets
3. Then remove the program via Control Panel
4. It doesn't work (it expects an uninstall utility) so manually remove Brackets on C:\Program Files (x86)\Brackets and %APPDATA%\Brackets
5. Try to install again

Expected behavior: Program uninstalls so that I can reinstall the program

Actual behavior: This error message: "Another version of this product is already installed. Installation of this version cannot continue. To configure or remove the existing version of this product, use Add/Remove Programs on the Control Panel."

OS: Windows 10 21H2
Brackets 2.1.2

With the current installer, you have to uninstall brackets from start menu - add or remove programs. And then install the new version. No data or settings will be lost on uninstall.

This will be addressed in the next release of brackets based on phcode.dev
