In the game "World of Warcraft" you can name your characters. One of my characters is named with a german umlaut "Ü" / "ü".
When I log in to this character and change something in the settings - it should get saved to a file in a folder which is named after that character (with umlaut).
The bug is, that it doesnt get saved. And I assume its because of the umlaut, since any other character without any special character is acting normally.
I can confirm that atleast the "cmd" shows the umlaut correct, and I even set my language to "German" in the bottles settings.
To Reproduce
Tricky.. I only know about this with World of Warcraft.

Screenshot of cmd of the character names (examples) here:
When I create a folder with the umlaut in cmd it gets created correctly, so I suspect its something how the game "sees" it?
