Enhance Logdog or Add Native Support for ECS and EKS Log Collectors

What I'd like:
Enhance Logdog or add native support for the AWS ECS Log Collector script and the AWS EKS Log Collector script with the AWS Bottlerocket ECS and EKS AMI's. This will help simplify requests for node logs without needing to know all the different logs to collect and how to collect them all.

Any alternatives you've considered:
An alternative, manual approach has been shared via CNI log collector script not working with bottlerocket #1316. However, this is not simple and doesn't include all logs collected by either script. This also requires to translate the scripts to manual commands, which isn't straight forward.
