Add post-prepopulation feedback

E.g. detail what data was encoded into the token and anything which was ignored due to field settings.

It would be nice to indicated which fields are not pre-population enabled when prepopulating from a frontend form as well, perhaps enabled as a form-level setting, or by swapping out the "Generate Population Link" button for a toggle switch enabling "prepopulation mode"
