Getting CoiniumServ back on track?

This is more for the community and whoever is taking the time to visit here.

Does anyone know how to get this project back on track? I realize that the original developer probably isn't working on this anymore because there are issues and goals going back 4 years which have never been cleared.

However I do not code, so I can't pick up the project and try to improve it.

So I was curious to know if anyone else knew how to get this project going again. If there are developers out there willing to work on it using a system that is "properly setup for donations" so that people can publicly track how much is being donated and to what priorities the money is being allocated to.

I'm interested in getting this back on track, however i'll need a couple of things.

1. where to find the relevant changes to the bitcoin network, stratum mining. v2 stratum etc.
