[PRCI - demo] typos in english version

On the demo, on the PRCI there are few typos in the english version:

1. On the processing categories (for Object and Restrict requests), on Generation definition : reconding -> recording
2. On purpose categories (for Object and Restrict requests) : Vitial interest -> Vital interest
3. On Tansparency request, add "is" to "For how long the data concerning me is kept"
