Description

When making a privacy request the user is also giving their data. It is possible that previousely collected consents cover this, but it my happen that the client needs to ask the user for additional cosent.

Intended outcome

PRCI exposes two configuration options allowing to ask for two additional consents:

  • cosent for processing my data (including identification data and documents, and all data provided within the request) - this consent, if used, is a mandatory field - the user can't send the form without accepting it
  • consent for automatic processing of the request

image

These options appear at the last step - just above the submission button.

PRCI sends to PCE, those consents (if configured to collect them) along with the privacy request.
