Describe the bug

A Play Store user reports: visually a purple transparent color over the whole desktop. Only once did that disappear. The screen could be resized on the chromebook. Apparently this is the color of the cursor yard, which appears to be extended to the entire area of the APP here. A bug on the chromebook? This effect does not exist on the smartphone.

To Reproduce

Expected Behavior

No purple background

User reports:

  • disabling cursor highlight changes nothing.
  • but i can trigger the bug when you click on
Help, you get the normal white help screen and then go back via
arrow back. Then you get the screen clean without the purple effect.
if you then switch to the cursor highlight, the effect is there again.
there. And cannot be switched off by cursor highlighting.
  • In addition, you may have to click on Disable Cursur highlite beforehand in order to
to achieve a workaround of the bug. If the Cursur highlite is not
is not switched off, you can't provoke it.
