No longer working? Error: Unhandled rejection SlackRTMError: invalid channel id #2

Noticed it first on private channels hubut was also a part of, but it's not working on public channels either. Getting that "invalid channel id" error. Tried appending "#" to the front of the channel when I type "hubot troll room with message".

haha, glad that someone is using this!
I'll need to look into it, I haven't used it in a while.

@link293 if you have time for a PR I'll get it in, otherwise will try to take a look on the weekend.
