📚 [Documentation]: optional-components/README.rst still refers to ports

As mentioned by @fmigneault in #428 (comment)

A lot of items seem to refer to accessible services via endpoints with ports, but it shouldn't be the case since #222. We should adjust the doc accordingly while we are at it.

For example, the description for the emu component description states:

Emu service will be available at http://BIRDHOUSE_FQDN:EMU_PORT/wps or https://BIRDHOUSE_FQDN_PUBLIC/TWITCHER_PROTECTED_PATH/EMU_NAME

but the URL that contains EMU_PORT is not longer available and should be removed from this documentation.
