hello,
I could not use the automatic install , so I follow the set-by-step install
thinks looked ok, except for fastq-dump
I installed this: curl http://data.biostarhandbook.com/sratools.sh | bash
and now almost everything has an error message:
but now all are errors:
any suggestions?
[ by the way - I probably have spent 5 hours trying to install the system. I have a macos M1, sonoma 14.6 Beta (23G5075b). ]

this error sounds like your environment is not activated, make sure to activate it
micromamba activate bioinfo
