Could not solve for environment specs

I follow the step-by-step instructions to install software in my macbook (M2), after activate the bioinfo environment, at the next step, I meet this problem:

I've tried to google this, but it didn't give me any useful solutions, it seems that something is wrong with my miniconda, so I reinstall it and get the same.
I would appreciate it if anyone can give me some suggestions.

The problem was sloved by delete the miniconda completely and install the recommanded one, take care of the version you choose...
I hope that future readers can avoid such stupid mistakes.
