Add additional information to Enzyme data model

The ExPASy database has much more information for each node other than the identifier and a description. There are also lots of additional pieces of information in the flat file.

This might also involve refactoring the data model to split the different levels of the enzyme hierarchy, which isn't so crazy since it's constantly 4 deep.
