Expo team started working on running e2e tests on EAS builds.
As the yellow box on the documentation states, they are still in the early stage, but we can perform the initial configuration and follow their updates.

We can also try to use maestro in types: https://github.com/lingvano/react-native-eas-maestro

The setup is better and tests are easier to write, what do you think? @MSzalowski
