Show referrer favicons in referrer card rows

Pretty low priority, but maybe a ticket for someone to work on for fun.

We could start with just hotlinking the favicon, but perhaps a better solution – since we're already using Cloudflare Workers – is to expose a url that fetches the favicon, caches the result, then serves it locally.
