Hi There,

The problem was
1. that you only have currencies supported by paypal listed.
2. added R (South African rand) manually in DB
3. conversion via Paypal system to US $ not working, just complains 
currency not supported.
4. Submitting not supported currencies is allowed but requires different 
formatting for submission as far as I know
