Enable SPAR to update orchard parent tree composition in step 5

As anOrchard Manager** I want SPAR to have the ability to pick up updated orchard parent tree composition data So That I don't have to go back to step 4 to clear the orchard ID, re-enter it, and reload my data

Acceptance Criteria

• Given that update the parent tree composition of my orchard in old SPAR, When I open the SPAR2 seedlot registration form (step 5), Then the updated parent tree composition appears without me needing to reload the orchard ID in step 4

Definition of Done

• Ready to Demo in Sprint Review
• Does what I have made have appropriate test coverage?
• Documentation and/or scientific documentation exists and can be found
• Peer Reviewed by 2 people on the team
• Manual testing of all PRs in Dev and Prod
• Merged
