What would a first round of public engagement look like in the new year? Let's find out.

Acceptance Criteria:

  • Brainstorm goals of public research
  • Define # of participants & ideal user segments
  • Brainstorm structure of sessions (interview, usability testing, etc.)
  • Pass plan to dev team & wider design team
  • Iterate on feedback as needed

Note: Work with Winnie, Nicole & Jane as there will likely be overlap in their research
